Leadership Team

The MindTRAK Golf team includes two former PGA Touring Professional Golfers and leading software development experts that uniquely positionsMindTRAK to provide software applications that enable amateur and professional golfers, and their coaches and teachers, to improve their “mental game”.


Richard “Dick” Zokol – Founder and CEO

Richard Zokol’s PGA Tour career spanned over 20-years, winning twice on the PGA Tour (both wins in 1992) while competing in 412 PGA Tour events and winning once in 53 starts on the Web.com Tour (in 2001). Recognized as a professional golfer with a distinct perspective, Richard is one of the most dedicated and determined professionals in Canadian golf. Richard “walked-on” the BYU Golf Team as a freshman then by his senior year at BYU, he captained the team to the 1981 NCAA Championship—that team was inducted into the Brigham Young University Sports Hall of Fame in 2009. Richard was also inducted into the British Columbia Golf Hall of Fame in 2009 and the Canadian Golf Hall of Fame in 2011. Zokol’s passion capital served him well in PGA Tour competition and then as he transitioned into business, in 2004, when he founded & co-designed Sagebrush Golf & Sporting Club, an award winning golf course in British Columbia. Richard joined Predator Ridge Resort in 2012 as Executive Director, Golf Development and is currently a Golf & Real Estate Specialist at Predator Ridge Resort in BC’s beautiful Okanagan Valley.


Darrell Snow – Founder and CTO

Darrell is a seasoned executive with a successful record of delivering complex Commerce and Marketing solutions using Cloud and Mobile technology. He brings a deep Technology competency along with a combination of Business and Marketing Strategy and a broad understanding of Delivery methods and tools. Darrell has a knack for untangling complicated situations and putting things in order, he is often consulted by industry analysts to discuss relevant technology offerings, selection and implementation approaches, and strategic decision-making criteria. Darrell has served as the CTO for the digital agencies razorfish, Blast Radius, and Ascentium. While at Microsoft, he was the Software Engineering Manager for the patterns & practices group. In addition, he held the position of CTO and Head of Product Management for the Infosys’ SaaS Business Division. He has worked in IT leadership roles at Weyerhaeuser Paper Company and Starbucks. Darrell is able to bring a global perspective to the table having worked extensively in Europe, Asia, Canada and the USA. He has experience with a wide variety of industries including Finance and Insurance, Gaming, Retail apparel, Telecommunications, Travel, and Technology


Paul Winckers – Founder and CFO

Paul is an experienced financial executive with over 15-years of trusted leadership in the Okanagan high-tech industry.  As a strategic, senior member of the leadership team of several companies, Paul has proven himself to be a disciplined financial manager, business partner, mentor, leader and most importantly a doer.  With a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) Paul brings a strong financial background along with strong business intuition.  Paul’s experience has stretched through all facets of high-tech companies including managing all financial aspects, leading operations with a focus on Professional Services.      Paul has been a huge part of building companies, growing its people, setting strategic direction, and engaging with all levels from customers to staff to our Board of Directors.


Greg Olson – Founder and CMO

Greg is a seasoned Silicon Valley marketing executive with 25 years experience building global teams in start-up and Fortune 500 organizations. He has held leadership positions in several early stage companies as well as in some of the technology industry’s most iconic brands including Apple, Hewlett-Packard, Symantec, and Amazon. He was responsible for customer engagement strategy at Apple for 14 years including supporting the launch of iTunes and the iPhone. At HP he redefined the small business go-to-market strategy that supported HP overtaking Dell in worldwide PC shipments. At Symantec he grew the Norton software subscription renewal business to over $1BB by redefining the customer renewal strategy. At Amazon he led the first engagement and retention team for Amazon Prime; perhaps the world’s best loved membership program. Greg is passionate about marketing innovation, technology, and the customer experience. He’s also passionate about golf. Greg played college golf at the University of Florida, is a former Canadian Amateur Champion, and was a member of the 1980 Canada World Amateur Team. He later turned professional, played in 6 Canadian Opens on the PGA Tour, competed on the Asian Tour, and had full time exempt status on the PGA European Tour before getting involved in technology marketing.


Michael Manzo – Interim CPO

Michael Manzo brings 25 years of experience to his position leading product management and development forMindTRAK Golf. Previously, Michael was Chief Marketing Officer at Openet, a leading global provider of transactional business and operational support system (B/OSS) software, where he led marketing, product management and strategic planning for the company. Manzo joined Openet as part of a turn-around team and, during his tenure, Openet grew to be the number one Policy Management vendor globally and a widely-recognized through leader in the telecommunications industry.

Prior to Openet, Michael consulted for Nokia’s Enterprise Solution Group, working on acquisition integration of Intellisync and marketing of the company’s enterprise mobility solutions. Prior to Nokia, Michael was Vice President of Marketing and Product Management for Traverse Networks, a fixed mobile convergence enterprise solution provider, which was acquired by Avaya,.

Michael has also held executive positions at Voice Access Technologies, Omnisky (acquired by EarthLink), Telocity (acquired by Hughes DirecTV), and Notify Technology Corporation. Michael has a BA in Journalism from the University of New Hampshire. In his spare time, Michael enjoys cycling and running and is an accomplished triathlete, having completed six Ironman distance races.

Nick O’Hern

Nick O’Hern a retired Australian professional Golfer with over 20-years’ experience playing on both the PGA Tour and the PGA Tour of Australasia where he won the Order of Merit in 2006.  Nick distinguished himself by being the only person to beat Tiger Woods —twice— in the World Golf Championship Match Play.  People are interested in how Nick accomplished this task, so Nick published, Tour Mentality, Inside the Mind of Tour Pro, on his methodology.  Nick’s methodology described in Tour Mentality, is congruent withMindTRAK Golf’s protocol.

Business Advisors

Keith Fox

Keith is currently the CEO of the Keith and Pamela Fox Family Foundation focused on children’s health and education. His philanthropic work also includes a board seat at Lucille Packard Children’s Hospital Foundation at Stanford. He also sits as an advisor to the Dean of the School of Business at the University of Connecticut. Keith has been an operating executive, founder, investor, and board member over his 30-year career. Most recently Keith was a board member at the University of Connecticut Foundation, and also held an executive cabinet position for the President of Cal Poly before terming out. Keith was founder and CEO of Brandsoft, an enterprise software and consulting company focused on brand management. Before founding Brandsoft, Keith was Vice President of Worldwide Corporate Marketing at Cisco Systems 1996-2002. Prior to Cisco, Keith was with Apple Computer from 1980 -1995 holding a number of sales, sales management, marketing, and general management positions over his fifteen-year career with the company. Keith graduated from the University of Connecticut School of Business with a major in marketing. He also holds a M.B.A. degree from Babson College in Massachusetts. He is an avid golfer and married to wife Pam. They have 2 children. Katelyn; who is a 2010 graduate from the School of Fine Arts – The University of Connecticut, and Jillian; who is a 2012 marketing major graduate from the Cal Poly San Luis Obispo School of Business.

Greg Kalil

Greg Kalil Founder & Managing Partner, Stormont Partners, a real estate and infrastructure focused merchant banking business based in Toronto. Prior to forming Stormont, Greg spent 12 years with Brookfield Asset Management where he led the Canadian investment banking business and was the global head of the company’s healthcare advisory business. Greg has over 30 years of experience in direct real estate investment and investment banking advisory in Canada, the U.S. and the U.K.

David Raffa

David has been working in the technology space for more than thirty years in a variety of roles including scientist, corporate finance lawyer and venture capitalist.  He currently is President of Valeo Corporate Finance Ltd. (www.davidraffa.com) where he provides M&A services to small to mid-cap technology and industrial companies looking to exit, as well as longer term advisory services for companies looking to accelerate growth.

David has led or been involved with numerous successful exits including Parasun Technologies (acquired by Uniserve), ActiveState (acquired by Sophos PLC), Wolf Medical (acquired by Telus), RFind (acquired by Constellation Software), TSC Software (acquired by Stardyne), In Motion Technologies (acquired by Sierra Systems), Liquivision (acquired by Huish Outdoors) and Scorpion Software (acquired by Kaseya), to name just a few.  David previously served as legal counsel to Flickr (acquired by Yahoo), Layer 7 Technologies (acquired by CA) and Avigilon (TSX: AVO) who have achieved successful exits or gone public.  David retired from the practice of law in 2002 when he moved into venture fund management and investment banking.

David has a BSc (Biology) from Simon Fraser University (Vancouver, BC, Canada) and LLB (Law) from Osgoode Hall Law School (Toronto, Ontario, Canada), and was named by BC Business Magazine as one of B.C.’s “Top 25 New Elite” in the technology sector in 2004.

Ken Fisher

Ken Fisher began as a hairdresser and opened his first hair salon in 1976.  Ken’s entrepreneurial spirit allowed him to achieve the vision of Chatters Canada Limited in 1994.  As the founder, Director and President of Chatters, Ken and his team grew the number of Chatters to 150 salons across Canada.  The Chatters franchise was acquired by ONCAP in 2015.  In 2010, Ken initiated and owns TG Corporate Holding Limited, which is the franchisee of Tommy Guns Original Barbershops.  Ken has enjoyed a successful 39+ years in the hair and beauty industry.

David Coombs

David Coombs has been in the real-estate development business and various other business ventures for over 20-years.  Dave is also the Chairman of Assured Software, a privately held software company that provides solutions for the insurance industry and restoration contractors for property claims.  Prior to being Chairman, he was the President and CEO of Assured for 3-years. He managed the construction of the golf course and directed operations for 10-years the group owned the property.  David was a director and then Chairman of the Thompson Okanagan Tourism Association (TOTA) from 1999 to 2005.  The board of TOTA is responsible for funding tourism activities in the Thompson Okanagan Regional District in partnership with the BC Provincial Government.

Technology Advisors

Len Zapalowski

Mr. Zapalowski more has more than 25 years’ experience in executive positions with some of Vancouver’s most successful companies, and is currently CEO of Mazza Innovation, a nutrient extraction company.   Prior to that, he served as Senior Vice President with Ostara Nutrient Recovery Technologies between June 2009 and June 2012.  In this role, he established Ostara’s nutrient extract business in North America and Europe.

Prior to that, he was Senior Vice President, CDC Software, VP Business Development Pivotal (acquired by CDC Software), VP Business Development Simba Technologies (acquired by Pivotal Corp), VP Business Development, Compass Labs (acquired by Microsoft) and General Manager of International Operations at Creo Products (acquired by Kodak).  He was also a Director and owner of Pemberton Cable (acquired by Shaw Cable) and Director of Wolf Medical (acquired by TELUS).

Mr. Zapalowski graduated with a B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Physics from Imperial College, London.

Joel Greensite

Joel excels at creating the vision and is fearless about getting into the details of execution. He integrates very well with the Technology, Sales, Delivery and Strategy teams of both fast growth start-ups and large multi-national corporations. Always in technology Joel has worked across a wide variety of industry verticals from competitive video games to cutting edge medical devices. He currently is the Global CTO for tenthavenue.

Rod Cochrane

Ian Leggatt

Ian Donald Leggatt is a  Canadian professional golfer. Leggatt was born in Cambridge, Ontario. He has won one PGA Tour event and one Nationwide Tour event. Leggatt retired from professional golf in May 2009 due to injuries, and began working for Wasserman Media Group as an agent/consultant in their golf management division. He appears on Sportsnet as their golf analyst.[1] He has been the Director of Golf at The Summit G&CC since 2013.

Cameron Craig

A PGA of Canada member since 2011 and born in Richmond, British Columbia. Cameron began his career as a junior member at the Cowichan Golf & Country Club and Arbutus Ridge Golf Club on Vancouver Island. Seeing the business at a young age from long time CPGA member Norm Jackson, Cameron quickly developed a passion for the game of golf. Upon completing the Professional Golf Management Program at Camosun College, Cameron made the move to Scotland where he would begin his career in the business of golf. During his time in Scotland Cameron was employed by the Fairmont St. Andrews. In 2007 the decision was made to move on and be part of the growing market in Asia. Cameron moved to Shanghai, China where he would be employed by the Sheshan Golf Club. Being part of the PGA tours WGC HSBC Champions event was a major highlight of his time in China. Just over a year and a half in Cameron was presented a new role with the Westin Nine Dragons Resort, just south of Shanghai. After a 3 year term in China the decision was made to return to Canada where Cameron found himself part of the Fairmont team again. This time he joined fellow CPGA members Steven Young and Simon Jones at the Fairmont Banff Springs. Completing 3 years in Banff Cameron made the decision to move to the Okanagan Valley where he currently resides as the Director of Golf & Membership Operations at Predator Ridge Resort.
